Stalls that need ice can collect using a clean ice box. Please treasure the ice. Do not use homemade ice. `Clean dispensers must be used to contain water. Accounts `Use the accounts sheet given. `Attach receipts if you wish to claim for the cost `Sealed tins will be given to store money `Teacher must be present for seal to be broken, and re-sealed after it. `2 persons must be consistently attending to the Tin and money collection TOGETHER. `May arrange for rotation but note down the timing. `Submit the Accounts sheet and receipts together with the Tin to the conference room at 12noon on the same day.
